Nice office and friendly staff. I was a new patient here and all the staff was friendly and very helpful. My full appointment took about 2 hours and there was a small wait time for the appointment as well as the imaging, but I would recommend

Donna was the most helpful and knowledgeable optician I’ve ever dealt with in the 15+ years of wearing glasses. Will be back to see Dr. Hilliard next time I’m due for an exam.

I have to say, Dr. Hilliard, at the Pearland location, and her staff were exceptional! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional! Dr. Hilliard didn't seem rushed at all even tho it looked like they were busy. Dr. Hilliard took her time to explain everything she was doing and helped me understand all that was being done. I've been to a few eye Drs in the past and Dr. Hilliard and her staff go above and beyond what I even expected!! Thank you to everyone in that office!!

Phenomenal as always!! I love my annual visit with Dr Hilliard and she absolutely Nailed my complex prescription—AGAIN! I wore my trials for over 12 hours yesterday, spent 6 hours doing computer work and another 7 hours sewing….reading my pattern guide, inserting and pulling stitches. Looking forward to sharp, comfortable vision again this year!

Been going here since I was a little kid. I am now well grown. I love this TSO. Everyone is always nice and friendly and the prices if you are paying out of pocket cost are reasonable. Dr.H is sweet and makes her patients feel comfortable every visit.

I've been seeing Dr. Hilliard for 10+ years. She is quick and at the same time, takes the time to explain everything to you, she is professional and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hilliard is great with children! She gives a very thorough exam and is very knowledgeable. All the ladies in the glasses department are awesome and helpful as well!

Love, love, love Pearland TSO. I have been getting my exams and glasses here for years. The only issue I ever had was lens coating crazing. Took them back, replacement was excellent. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Hilliard is an excellent doctor. She is always on top of every detail. She has been our doctor for many years and she improves each time we see her. We are blessed to be in her care.
